Greetings Beautiful People

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page. Please note that although I do post here every now and again, I post on Facebook 2-3 times per day. I upload pictures from photo shoots as I do them. I post comments about specials and special events and offer Facebook fans first dibs on limited-space events. There is a blue Facebook link on this page which will take you to the Facebook fan page I speak of. Please take a peek over there if you want a more up-to-date glance at what's happening. Thanks again for visiting.

Finally A Blogger

Here I sit at exactly 1 a.m. on Monday, May 19, doing my very first post as a blogger. I am excited about the concept of keeping my friends, family and clients up to date on the latest happenings at Enchanted Forest Photography. The newest thing going on in the business is that Enchanted Forest Photography is soon to re-open on Central Avenue between 10th Street and 11th Street. For you locals, that is across the street from Savannah's Restaurant. It is a great location and I am very excited to have this opportunity.
We are currently revamping the entire business, including marketing strategies (which there never really was one) and yes, a business plan.
I figured after nearly 10 years of winging it, it is time to organize, set goals and have a plan. Sounds so very un-Sheri. Well, it is really. That is why I am enlisting the help of some key players, including a very enthusiastic accountant, an office manager, a production manager and a marketing director. Oh, and we are also working on launching a brand new website, which is WAY overdue.
What do these changes mean for you as clients? Well, if all goes as planned, you will get your orders faster, your phone calls returned quicker and your payment checks deposited in a timely manner. These changes are what EFP needs and has needed for several months. I'm thrilled at the prospect of being organized and improving the overall flow of energy here at EFP.
Stay tuned. A lot is in the works.
Well, there it is, my first Blog post. I feel like I have arrived.
Until next time, peace and love and jelly beans.
