DIVA Portrait Series For Book Release December 2012
Finally, after years of planning to launch, EFP is officially launching the DIVA Portrait Series!!!

For those of you who haven't heard me ramble on about it, here are the details ....
The DIVA Series is a long-term (about 12 months) project where I photograph women of all ages, shapes, colors and sizes either semi-nude or nude. My vision is to produce artistic and tasteful images that celebrate the female body.

I'll schedule one or two days of shooting every 8 weeks through June of 2012. Each session will incorporate a different theme.
At the end of each series, I will take all of the best shots from each session and compile a fine art book to be published and sold. Part of the proceeds of the sales will be donated to ovarian cancer research.
In a nutshell, it's a series of photographs to celebrate the body we inhabit. To shed the shame and embrace our beauty. It's a portrait series for women, by women to benefit women.
Sessions will include 6-8 women, getting ready together and taking turns being photographed, so DIVA's need to be comfortable in a group setting. Women will be asked to bring (& wear) a comfy robe and slippers to each session. DIVA sessions will last about 3-4 hours. Wine and appetizers will be provided; DIVAs are welcome to bring additional beverages and snacks of their choice.
FEES.
W. Model Release ~ $350 * ~ Includes Digital Negatives
If a full model release is signed, allowing me to use the images in the book, for promotional purposes and for sale, the cost for the session is only $350 per DIVA. The fee includes all raw images on a disc plus 3 edited images I select for the book.
W/O Model Release ~ $550 * ~ Includes Digital Negatives & $200 Print Order Credit
If you are not comfortable signing a release, the fee will be $550 and will include a $200 credit that will be put toward your print order.
* Some sessions will have additional charges to cover location fees, hair, make-up, artists fees. See schedule below for details on each session.
If you want any additional images edited, fee is $35 per image. Those edited images will then be included on your disc.
If you wanted to purchase prints and/or a coffee table book of your images, you can certainly do so. Prints start at $65 and Books start at $365.
Canvas gallery wraps start at $115.
MULTI SESSION PACKAGES.
If you want to participate in more than one session so you have a variety of images for your own personal collection, packages are as follows:
3 DIVA Sessions ~ $950 W. Model Release / $ 1,500 W/O Model Release
5 DIVA sessions ~ $1,575 W. Model Relase / $ 2,550 W/O Model Release
You may add a 10x10 Simplicity Fine Art Coffee Table Book with 18 images to any package for only $699 (Regularly $749)

July 2011 (About 70 % confirmed for Sunday, July 24 )
Underwater Shoot.
In this ethereal session, we will be at a local residence utilizing an in-ground black pool with salt water. DIVAs will be garnished with flowing fabric and random articles of clothing and home decor. (Yes, floating lamps and household items.)
Late August 2011
Sepia Classic.
This session will be done at the studio. We'll be shooting classic and abstract poses that showcase the female form. DIVAs will be decorated with delicate fabrics in front of a cocoa background. All images will be done in sepia tone.
September - December 2011 No plan for a session during these months at this time but that may change.
January 2012 (Exact Date TBA)
Black patent / duct tape.
This session will produce a collection of studio black and white studio images. These images will be more edgy, yet still artistic and tasteful, incorporating randomly placed duct tape and black accessories, clothes, & shoes.
March 2012 - (Exact Date TBA)
Chunky paint. Extra fee of $40 for hair, artists fees
This will be another studio session and will incorporate chunky dried paint on the DIVA's faces and body and hair. Images will be color images but color will be very muted.
May 2012 - (Exact Date TBA)
Vintage. Extra fee of $100 to cover vintage hair styles, make-up and location fee.
EFP will reserve a suite at a local historic B&B or venue. Rooms with have large windows, timeless or vintage decor and a claw-foot tub. This session will produce simple images of DIVAs with small props providing little pops of color in otherwise neutral images.
Sessions must be paid in full in order to reserve. Limit 8 DIVAs per session. Group rates available.
